Alexa is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and holistic lifestyle educator with almost a decade of immersion in the realm of preventative wellness. Her experience includes educating on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and natural / toxin free living in her community. As a mother, she understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle in shaping how we consciously lead our children, by example. She recognizes that women’s health, long before we become mothers shapes our children’s overall health and well-being. Yet the current system is not addressing this key area and it is significantly impacting our families.
Her own personal experience around pregnancy and new motherhood was the catalyst for this space. She is passionate about educating others about the power of food as medicine, embracing the healing power of a natural approach, and the importance of nourishing mental and spiritual health especially during motherhood.
As mothers we all want to unlock our best self and raise happy, healthy children. We know that it doesn't happen by chance though, it happens by consistently bringing intention to the areas of our life. Although we know what we should do, we get stuck in the overwhelm and trying to integrate it into modern life can feel impossible. You just need to know what will truly work and last.
