Before working with Alexa, I was doing all the things I was told in order to achieve some sort of fairytale happiness that never seemed to show itself. Alexa introduced me to an entire world of wellness that conventional medicine would have never showed me and gave me a new start.

Exhausted, confused, and battling major depression a year after being diagnosed with Lupus and finding no real benefit or changes in treatment through medication I decided to work with Alexa. We covered everything from foods that help with mood and autoimmune dysfunction to supplements and balancing hormones. We even created a plant based weekly meal plan that my kids and husband loved!
Before working with Alexa, I considered myself a decently health-conscious person. I was a runner, but was always tired. I ate nutritiously, but felt weak.
